PAWSPORT is a photographic collection of 50dogs, 50 personalities and countless little pieces of their lives they share with us.

Each participating dog will receive a professional portrait experience and an official PAWSPORT number.

Fun Facts

01 — TELL ME ABOUT YOUR DOG

Start by completing the short PAWSPORT application.

Tell me about their personality, their quirks, where they came from and what makes them special. If your dog is selected, you'll receive an invitation to officially join the project and choose your session date.

02 — THE PORTRAIT

We'll create relaxed, personality-filled portraits that feel like your dog.

They don't need to sit perfectly.

They don't need to "perform."

They just need to show up and be themselves.

03 — THEIR STORY

'll use your application and our conversation to create their PAWSPORT profile.

You'll have an opportunity to review the factual details before publication.

04 — THE BOOK

Once all 50 dogs have been photographed, the collection will be designed and sent to print.

Your dog will have a permanent place in Volume One.

A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR THE DOGS STILL WAITING

A portion of the PAWSPORT application fees will be donated to our partner rescue organization .

A small number of pages in the book will also be reserved for dogs who are still waiting for their forever homes, or whose stories deserve to be remembered.

Because while we're celebrating the dogs who have found their people, there are still so many waiting for theirs.

Your dog's story can help another dog get noticed.

More details about the rescue component will be announced as the project develops.

FAQ

Does my dog have to be a particular breed?

Absolutely not.

Purebreds, mixed breeds, rescue dogs, senior dogs, puppies—everyone is welcome to apply.

We're interested in the story behind the dog, not a pedigree.

Does my dog have to be well behaved?

Not at all.

In fact, please don't worry about that.

My sessions are designed around the individual dog. Some dogs sit beautifully. Some don't. Some need time to warm up. Some would rather investigate everything.

That's okay.

Your dog doesn't have to perform.

Can I be photographed with my dog?

Yes—and I encourage it.

The relationship between you and your dog is a huge part of what makes their story special.

Depending on the session you choose, we'll create both individual portraits and images together.

What happens after the session?

You'll have the opportunity to view your portraits and purchase additional artwork and digital images if you'd like.There is absolutely no obligation to purchase beyond what is included in your PAWSPORT experience.
